Non-Reliance for Direct Action: Responses are solely for information and education. Clinical decisions remain strictly the responsibility of the treating clinician. The treating clinician is entirely responsible for verifying all information.
Guideline and Governance Adherence: Users are obligated to practise in accordance with current UK professional standards, national and local guidelines (e.g., NICE, BSH), and their institution's governance and medicines management policies.
Institutional Processes: It is the user's responsibility to follow their institution's formal processes for obtaining specialist advice, clinical supervision, and approval for treatment plans. This Service does not replace such due process.

All clinical details must be fully anonymised in accordance with UK Caldicott principles prior to submission, removing all direct identifiers and limiting indirect identifiers is essential.
